Jerell Carper oversees our vision, preaching, and pastoral ministry. He has a B.A. in Bible & Pastoral Ministry from Moody Bible Institute and an M.A. in Spiritual Formation from Wheaton College. Jerell enjoys running, hiking, and commuting around Eugene on his bike.

Lauren Cervantes

Chris Johnson leads our community connection points which take form as Dinner Parties or Missional Communities. Chris is a coffee roaster, above-average golfer, and an emotionally exhausted Arsenal fan.

Janeé Shultz cares for the kiddos in our community by overseeing our kid’s space on Sundays and equipping parents at home. She’s a longtime preschool teacher, and she enjoys camping with her family and a strong vodka tonic.

Lauren Carper keeps us connected to the city, our neighborhood schools, and our local non-profit partners. She cares deeply for marginalized populations, kids in unsafe homes, and those living with food or financial scarcity. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and eating good food in the Whit.

Sarah McClelland manages logistics and hospitality.
